What are your items made from?
Most EllaBeeDesigns products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA plastic with a strong
focus on clean detail, crisp finishing, and display-ready quality.
Are items made to order?
Many items are made to order. This helps maintain quality and also allows for select custom
and personalized options.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
I do my best to represent each item accurately, but slight variation can happen due to
screen settings, lighting, and the 3D printing process.
Will the colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may appear slightly different in person depending on screen settings and lighting.
Product photos are designed to show each item as accurately as possible.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product listing includes dimensions to help you choose the best fit for your wall,
shelf, office, or display space. Measuring your space before ordering is always recommended.
Mounting & Display
How do I mount wall decor items?
Wall-mounted items are designed with a flat back for easy display.
What mounting method do you recommend?
Double-sided tape can work, but I generally recommend Velcro-style Command Strips
for a secure hold and easier removal later.
Why do you recommend Command Strips?
They make it easier to remove or reposition your item without dealing with scraped adhesive
or damage to the back of the piece.
Are mounting supplies included?
Mounting supplies are not included unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Can I use a different mounting method?
Yes. You can use your preferred mounting method as long as it is appropriate for your wall
surface and the size of the item.
Do you have a recommended mounting option?
Are these items intended for indoor use?
Yes. Most items are designed for indoor display in spaces such as home offices, fan caves,
bedrooms, shelves, bars, and entertainment areas.
Custom Orders & Personalization
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes, on select items. Custom options may include certain numbers, names, wording, or
similar personalization depending on the design.
Can I request a completely custom item?
You are welcome to ask. Not every request can be accommodated, but I’m happy to review
custom ideas and let you know what is possible.
Are your sports-inspired items officially affiliated with any team or league?
No. EllaBeeDesigns creates original, fan-inspired decor and is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or sponsored by any team, league, or brand owner.
Processing, Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to make my order?
Processing times vary by item and order volume. Current turnaround times are always shown
on the product page before purchase.
Do you ship securely?
Yes. Orders are packed carefully to help them arrive safely and ready to display.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos so I can
review the issue and help make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are made to order or customized, returns and exchanges may be limited.
